闫恩铭（2000年3月26日－），网名Techyan，辽宁鞍山人，中国大陆维基人、博客作者，WMC成员。现就读于美国俄亥俄州立大学计算机科学专业[1]。2012年，刚进入中学阶段的他开始接触维基百科[1]。2016年12月2日，成功当选中文维基百科管理员[2]。2018年7月，先后于大连、上海等城市主持召开中文维基人线下会议，随后前往南非出席维基媒体国际会议[3]。
他主张重视维基百科的信息存档价值，增强维基社群的凝聚力[3]。其发表过的文章有《Observations from the mainland》[4]。
