闫恩铭（英语：Techyan，2000年3月26日－），辽宁鞍山人，中国大陆维基人，WMC成员。现就读于美国俄亥俄州立大学计算机科学专业[1]。2012年，开始接触维基百科[1]。2016年12月2日，成功当选中文维基百科管理员[2]。2018年7月，先后于大连、上海等城市主持召开中文维基人线下会议，随后前往南非出席维基媒体国际会议[3]。
其发表过的文章有《新手到底得怎么教育》、《媒体综述》、《中国的媒体转载机制》、《谈“避嫌”的扩大化》以及《Observations from the mainland》[4]。
